Patricia M. Simmons, of Mt. Prospect, age 77, Born August 11, 1937 passed away June 13, 2015 in Arlington Heights, IL. A Celebration of Life and burial will be held privately by family and friends.
Patricia was born in Chicago to Thomas and Margaret McNally. She went on to hold many retail clerk jobs. Patricia’s last employment was at Keefer’s Pharmacy where she worked for 35 years. She enjoyed holidays, summers in Lake Geneva, WI and spending time with her family.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, her first husband James L. Gertz and her second husband Philip Simmons. She is survived by her brother John (Ann) McNally. A daughter Sharon Wadsworth and son’s Tom Gertz and Rob Gertz. Grandchildren Tony Wadsworth, Jayne May, Tom Gertz, Jr., Jenna Gertz and 4 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Midwest Palliative and Hospice Care Center for their support during Patricia’s final days.
